Beauty Advisor (Niche Fragrance)

Role Profile:As a Fragrance Associate, your key accountabilities will be to recommend and assist customers in selecting the ideal product suitable for their individual preferences and needs. You will also be expected to build and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention.Responsibilities: Attend to customer request and enquiries on fragrancesRecommend the ideal fragrance to customer according to their individual preference throughknowledge sharingMaintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyaltyBasic housekeeping of work areaAssist in retail operations, e.g. stock takeMay be required to be involved in new fragrance launches and related eventsPossess good communication & interpersonal skills and is a team playerPleasant disposition & well-groomedEffective communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customersRetail sales target achievementCustomer relationship management - maintain and create new customer profileEnsure inventory management for individual counterEnsure excellent customer service is given to the customers (e.g. product knowledge)RequirementsPossess good communication & interpersonal skills and is a team playerPleasant disposition & well-groomedEffective communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customersKey Results/ Measures:Retail sales target achievementCustomer relationship management - maintain and create new customer profileEnsure inventory management for individual counterEnsure excellent customer service is given to the customers (e.g. product knowledge)Education & Experience:Minimum Secondary educational levelExperience in beauty products/ fragrance sales will be an advantageExcellent customer service and sales orientedWilling to commit to retail operational hoursDo you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
