Job Summary: As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
You’ll work closely with account managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver exceptional talent. The ideal candidate will bring prior agency experience and a solid understanding of the fast-paced, client-focused recruiting environment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of IT roles (developers, engineers, analysts, project managers, etc.
)Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking eventsCollaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and hiring timelinesManage candidate communications, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedbackNegotiate compensation packages and close candidates effectivelyMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitive intelligenceQualifications:
2+ years of experience in IT recruiting (agency experience strongly preferred)Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn and other toolsFamiliarity with technical terminology and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ATS platforms (Ceipal or other similar systems)Only candidates local to Austin, TX will be considered. This position is hybrid, with expectations to be able to commute in to our physical address at times.
