While we prefer local candidates, we welcome talented professionals from various locations to apply.Why Work with Us?We're building a collaborative community of passionate mental health professionals, including International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coaches, Clinical Psychologists, and Counsellors, who share a commitment to expanding access to mental health support worldwide.What You'll DoProvide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect's clientsFocus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance etcSupport clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goalsCollaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programsRequirementsequirementsQualifications: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in CounselingExpertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hoursLanguages: Fluency in English and the local language
