Develop and implement behaviour management plans and strategies. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.Requirements Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Enhanced DBS on the updated service is mandatory (or willingness for one).
