We are seeking a results-driven and motivated ERP Software Sales Executive to join our commercial team. Main Duties:
Identifies, approaches, and develops new B2B clientsUnderstands client needs and recommends suitable ERP solutionsDelivers software presentations and product demosCollaborates with the technical/pre-sales team to prepare proposals and RFPsMaintains up-to-date knowledge of ERP trends, competitors, and industry landscapeManages and updates CRM with accurate sales activities and pipeline progressFosters long-term relationships with existing clients and explores upselling opportunitiesParticipates in conferences and business networking events. Performance Objectives:
Achieves monthly and quarterly sales targetsExpands the client base in targeted geographical areasMaintains a high lead-to-conversion rate through effective follow-upSupports customer satisfaction and retention through post-sale follow-upContributes to cross-selling and upselling initiatives within the existing client portfolio. Required & Desired Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B software sales (preferably ERP or enterprise software)Proven ability to manage a full sales-cycleExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesWillingness to travel as requiredFamiliarity with SaaS and cloud-based solutions would be an assetProficient in English (verbal and written)Competent in using CRM platforms and MS Office tools.
