MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe trainer/field trainer develop content in accordance with training goals and directions, and train and coach BBA in field/in house.Develops content to improve skills of new and existing employees by understanding brand DNA.POSITION WITHIN THE ORGANIZATIONSupervisor: Training ManagerJob ResponsibilitiesConduct, coordinate and support basic/update training with make-up knowledge & skillMake contents for newly launched products and products need to boost salesPlan, organize, implement field coaching on product knowledge, selling & makeup skills, customer service following makeup training scheduleDevelop all training manuals according to the global and regional guidelines & Support all makeup training/tools and digital learning platform with training teamCommunicate and liaise with training team to ensure timely updates on progress and results and report to training manager for all training-related activities under the team collaboration with the same visionWork at open counter to coach makeup skill, sales techniques, consumer relations and makeup groomingProfileBachelor Degree More than 2 years training experience or working experience in the same field preferred Excellent makeup skill Makeup or Skincare certificate is preferred Strong communication skill & Presentation skill Language: Ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written English Operating skills of computer utility Cheerful disposition & open-minded
