As we look to elevate our success and create even more opportunities for our students, we are seeking to hire a College Admissions Consultant to join our team.Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and skilled College Admissions Consultant to help our students navigate the complex admissions process and create a roadmap for their academic and personal success. You will work closely with students and their families, designing tailored college application strategies that highlight each student's strengths and unique story.Key Responsibilities:Design Customized Roadmaps: Analyze academic performance and develop a long-term plan for each student to achieve their college admission goals.Non-Comparative Activity Design: Support students in planning and implementing extracurricular activities such as volunteering, camps, and club involvement to enhance their application profiles.Establish College Application Strategies: Create strategic application lists, analyze acceptance probabilities, and advise students on the best approach (ED/EA/RD) for submitting applications.Application & Essay Coaching: Provide guidance on Common App and major university applications, including helping students craft compelling personal essays that reflect their unique experiences and personalities.Desired Skills and Competencies:Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to establish trust and maintain clear communication with students and parents throughout the admissions process.Data-Driven Approach: Design acceptance strategies based on data analysis, studying current admissions trends and aligning strategies with student profiles.Outstanding Writing Skills: Craft persuasive and engaging essays that showcase the student's strengths, character, and potential.Proficiency with AI Tools: Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for more efficient acceptance probability analysis, application and essay coaching, and comparison management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher from a U.S.-based university.Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals.Fluency in English is required.Preference for candidates with experience at American high schools or domestic and international schools.Top-tier U.S. university graduates will be given preferential consideration.This position is exclusively for Korean citizens or F-visa holders. We do NOT provide visa sponsorship.
