Beond is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Officer to join our expanding team. As an HR Officer, you will play a critical role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and operational HR functions within the company. You will work closely with employees and management to create a positive and productive working environment that promotes the values of our premium leisure airline. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboardingAssist in the development and implementation of local HR policies and proceduresMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systemsSupport employee relations initiatives, addressing employee concerns and inquiriesOrganize training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and career progressionMonitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance to management and staff as neededAssist in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plansAdminister employee benefits programs and ensure employees are informed about their optionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industryStrong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrityProficient in using HR software and MS Office applicationsStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
