Responsibilities: To manage cash, cheque deposits, and bounced cheque handling, ensuring compliance with government regulations. To oversee petty cash, main cash, and bank account management following Company SOP. To monitor payable and receivable accounts in line with SOP. To enforce submission of bills by associates per Company guidelines. To maintain accurate financial records in SAP. To supervise Invoice & Order Taking associates for optimal customer service. To perform monthly bank statement reconciliations and submit reports to the corporate office promptly. To manage collection of instalments and down payments for Color Bank Machines as per agreement.
To monitor stock levels and report deviations from Desired Stock Level (DSL) to Distribution In-Charge. To track slow and non-moving stock, oversee Capex implementation, and ensure proper fixed asset utilization. To monitor, analyze & compare expenses as percentage of sales with budget and previous year. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting from a well-reputed university. 4-5 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage. Location: Bogra, Bangladesh.
