This opening is for Berger Tech Consulting Limited, a subsidiary of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited. It is a next-generation technology solutions and services company. The company was founded with the goal of facilitating companies to expedite their digital and technological transformation processes. Berger Tech services use a tech-agnostic approach to support clients to thrive in today’s fast-changing and highly competitive world. Purpose of the job: The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth through the sale of Microsoft Enterprise Products, including Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM, Microsoft 365, and AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot etc. Responsibilities:

To identify customer needs and position Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM), Microsoft 365, and Copilot etc. as transformative solutions. To build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closures. To develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, IT decision-makers, and business users. To collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and RFP responses. To stay updated on Microsoft’s evolving product suite, including Power Platform, Azure integrations, and AI capabilities. To work closely with marketing, customer success, and partner teams to drive lead generation and customer retention. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or ITMasters in Business Administration will be an added advantage. 4 to 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably with Microsoft products. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform will be preferred. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh. Deadline: 30 August 2025.
