The role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver impactful products. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of product management experience, strong business and technical acumen, is highly data-driven, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Experience in fintech, SaaS, or marketplace products is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities: Product Execution & Supportâ—‹ Assist in creating PRDs, user stories, and backlog items. â—‹ Help manage sprint boards (Jira/Confluence) and coordinate with engineering on task progress. â—‹ Support testing and QA processes by writing test cases and validating new features. Research & Discoveryâ—‹ Conduct competitive research, market benchmarking, and user interviews. â—‹ Collect and document customer feedback, synthesizing insights for the product team. â—‹ Monitor community feedback channels (support tickets, forums, retailer/farmer engagement platforms). Data & Analyticsâ—‹ Prepare product performance reports (weekly/monthly) using analytics tools. â—‹ Track feature adoption, customer satisfaction, and usage metrics. â—‹ Support A/B testing initiatives and growth experiments.
Cross-Team Collaboration○ Act as a bridge between product, engineering, and operations to align on product updates. ○ Support internal documentation, training decks, and communication for product releases. ○ Shadow senior PMs in strategy meetings, roadmap discussions, and customer sessions. ○ Take ownership of small product modules or features under guidance. RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Proven Expertise: 1–3 years of progressive experience in product management, ideally within a startup or a high-growth environment. Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to drive strategic product decisions that create business value.
Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and proficiency with product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Slack. A solid understanding of software architecture and technology stacks is highly desirable. Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present product strategies and updates to diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences. Data-Driven: Advanced proficiency with analytics platforms (e. g. , Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker, Clarity) to define metrics, analyze product performance, and inform decision-making.
