About The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing passive legal candidates using innovative and creative recruitment strategies. Your primary focus will be to identify top legal talent that aligns with our clients' needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to placement. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in sourcing and screening candidates to support our clients' legal staffing requirements.

The role is based in either Seattle, WA, or Arlington, VA, providing flexibility for local candidates or those willing to relocate. QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition, specifically within the legal sector. Candidates should have a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates through innovative methods such as Boolean searches, networking, and utilizing legal job boards. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate a proactive approach to recruitment, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify top legal talent. ResponsibilitiesSource passive legal candidates using creative strategies including Boolean search techniques, networking events, legal job boards, and social media platforms. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified legal candidates to meet current and future hiring needs. Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the legal roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in legal recruitment to continually improve sourcing strategies. Participate in recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to attract top legal talent. BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you will have access to competitive pay rates ranging from $38 to $42 per hour.
