About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment efforts by managing the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Winchester, VA, and Vienna, VA, with a hybrid work model requiring two days on campus each week. Please note that fully remote work arrangements will not be considered for this role.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruiting is preferred, especially within the IT industry. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and interview coordination is essential. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, are crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards is also desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout the hiring process.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles. Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate and organized applicant tracking system records and documentation. Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and facilitate a positive candidate experience. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing initiatives. Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
