The OpportunityWe’re hunting for an experienced Online Casino Manager who thrives in startup mode, sweats the numbers, and loves building processes from scratch.

 You’ll own the casino vertical end‑to‑end - from game roadmap to P&L and provider relations - and be a key voice in shaping Betski’s player experience as we scale to multiple markets.  Perfect for someone ready to relocate (or return) to Panama, influence high‑stakes decisions daily, and grow with a company primed for global scale. What You’ll DoGame Portfolio & Roadmap ‑ Curate, negotiate, and launch new providers, exclusive titles, and Betski Originals. ‑ Maintain an optimal game mix across slots, table games, live casino, crash, etc.

Campaigns & Promotions ‑ Design and execute promos (rakeback, lossback, tournaments, raffles, free‑spin drops). ‑ Coordinate with marketing & CRM to deliver segmented offers that boost NGR and retention. P&L Ownership ‑ Monitor GGR, NGR, bonus cost, and provider fees; fine‑tune KPIs to hit margin targets. ‑ Drive ROI analyses on promotions and player cohorts; adjust levers in real time. Provider & Partner Relations ‑ Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and integration timelines. ‑ Stay on top of release schedules, game certifications, and content exclusives. Risk Management ‑ Oversee RTP settings, jackpot pools, and fraud monitoring for the casino vertical.

Product & UX Collaboration ‑ Translate player feedback into new features (lobbies, gamification, social tools). ‑ Champion A/B tests to improve conversion, session length, and ARPU. Team Leadership ‑ Hire, mentor, and motivate a small but mighty operations team as we scale. What You’ll Bring3+ years leading casino operations at a top online operator or B2B provider. Proven track record growing GGR and optimizing NGR while keeping bonus spend in check. Deep knowledge of major slot studios, live‑casino suppliers, RNG certification flows, and back‑office tools.

Excel / BI power‑user—able to dissect retention curves and cohort LTVs with ease. Startup DNA: resourceful, iterative, thrives with limited structure and plenty of voice. Willingness to relocate to Panama (visa and housing support provided). Crypto‑savvy a plus – familiarity with crypto‑casino culture and payment flows is a plusFluent English; Spanish a plus.
