Responsibilities Deliver the Better Buzz experience, fast and friendly service, with a community approach to coffee Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, drink preparation, food items, and products Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards Maintain a clean and inviting store environment for guests and team members QualificationsMinimum of 1 year experience in fast paced food service/hospitality preferredPrevious Fast Paced Coffee Experience PreferredGuest service focused, solution orientedAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkersMust be available to work 22+ hours/week including weekends and holidaysMust be able to work 2 of the 3 busiest shifts of the weekMust be able to work a mixture of open, closes and mid-shifts as dictated by the business needsWe encourage you to be different, be bold & be authentically you!
