BettingJobs are working with a fast-growing social casino provider in their search for a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance who will build a team based in Gibraltar. Responsibilities: Lead all day-to-day financial operations including accounting, reporting, payroll, and reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reports and statutory financial statements. Own and process reconciliations across PSPs, banks, and payment platforms. Manage cash flow and liquidity, including PSP float oversight and treasury planning. Maintain financial records, internal controls, and audit trails to support scale and transparency.
Oversee inbound and outbound payments, including payroll, invoices, B2B settlements, and provider fees. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support commercial planning and company strategy. Present financial insights to the CEO, board, and investors, and support capital allocation decisions. Monitor and report on key business metrics: purchases, redemptions, bonus spend, affiliate commissions, provider costs, and fraud-related losses. Support investor and B2B reporting with detailed, actionable insights. Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax, gaming regulations, and internal policies. Support external audits and lead internal audits or control reviews where needed.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive margin improvements. Contribute to improving and scaling financial processes, systems, and tools to meet evolving business needs. Work closely with Product, Legal and Compliance Risk, Marketing, and Ops to align financial planning with operational goals. Lead reconciliation and invoicing processes for B2B partners and support PSP commercial oversight. Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent). 5+ years of senior finance experience, including 3+ years in iGaming, fintech, or high-growth online businesses. Proven experience in managing finance functions in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical background in financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance.
High proficiency in Google and Microsoft suite and accounting software (e. g. , Xero or similar).
