You will have lots of opportunities for both professional and personal development. The jobAs Maintenance Manager, you will take on a central position within a technical organization. You join a team of 20-25 colleagues – all collaborating to keep the baggage system running 24/7/365. Every day presents new situations – from a suitcase that’s stuck to technical issues. Your primary responsibility is to lead the maintenance department and to ensure uptime and optimal operations. More specifically, your tasks include:

Oversee all maintenance operations and ensure alignment with contractCustomer relation and coordinationTeam leadership and shift planningBudget and resource management as well as reportingManagement of maintenance strategies (preventive/remedial) and technical improvementsImplement maintenance systems (CMMS)Management of inventory and ordering. Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and documentation standards. Your profileResult-orientated and decisive are words that describe you.
