We are a small but ambitious business: one cozy store, happy customers, and a clear niche. Our current focus is to scale significantly within the next year and build a team to support that growth. We are looking for an operations manager who will take ownership of growth — in sales, customer flow, and activities. Step by step — as the business and the team grow — we will gradually hand over operational management.
💼 What you'll be doing at the start: This is a full-time role, requiring full involvement in the project — we are looking for someone ready to make this their primary focus. The main focus in the first six months in this position is on the growth and development of the direction. We are a small team with one store, but there is a lot to do. We don’t expect “magic,” but we do want someone who thinks in goals, numbers, and results. At the start, your role will include: Focusing on revenue growth:
proposing and launching initiatives that drive salesLooking at the business through the customer’s eyes: from first contact to purchase and repeat visitsParticipating in content creation: either yourself or with the help of freelancersLaunching promotions, partnerships, and eventsOverseeing core store operations: sales, customer service, stockGradually taking operational coordination off the founder’s plate and taking on more responsibilityYou’ll have an assistant, support from freelancers, and the founder’s involvement — but what matters is that you’re the person who sees the goal and finds a way to reach it. 🚀 How the role will grow:
