BI Data Engineer

Our ever evolving, state-of-the-art machine learning technology analyzes tens of TB of raw data per day to produce millions of ad recommendations in real-time.We are looking for an experienced BI / Data Engineer to develop systems that make Bigabid’s vast amount of data more accessible and efficient throughout the organization. This is a perfect opportunity if you’re passionate about data and have strong analytical and technical skills.  You will be developing innovative and creative ways to deliver data and information at scale in a fast-growing, exciting industry while working closely with our data analysts, product managers, software engineering teams, and management.Responsibilities:Design, manage, and optimize scalable data models and BI infrastructures for internal and external stakeholdersWork with diverse relational and non-relational databases (Presto, Athena, Firebolt, MySQL, etc.)Build and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines using Airflow, Python, and UpsolverDesign and develop data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau)Identify and implement technological solutions for large-scale analyticsServe as the central data authority, providing guidance, documentation, and support across the company  Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a BI/Data EngineerHigh proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or FireboltStrong skills in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and development methodologiesHands-on experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI toolsExperience with Airflow and solid programming skills in Python (or similar languages)Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive them end-to-end to completionNice to Have:Experience working in an AWS environment          Experience with DBT – an advantageExperience handling large - scale data and familiarity with the Gaming/Ad-Tech industryFamiliarity with the Druid database and ImplyExcerpt: Bring your experience as a BI Data Engineer to help us make data insights accessible in creative and innovative ways to our teams across the company.
