Bus Éireann is currently recruiting a dynamic and experienced BI Developer to join our Analytics Team in Dublin. The BI Developer plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive analytical and cross-functional support across all Bus Éireann functions. Reporting to the Senior Manager Analytics, this position is integral to collaborating closely with IT, Operations, HR, Schools and the Commercial team to enhance business insights through data analysis and reporting.The BI Developer is responsible for driving the automation of reporting processes in partnership with IT, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable solutions that supports strategic decision-making across the organisation. As a key member of the Analytics Team, the role demands a combination of technical expertise, collaborative problem solving and the ability to answer complex business questions through data, demonstrating proficiency in building paginated and interactive reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI.The ideal candidate is organised, analytical, and thrives in fast-paced team environments. They use expert knowledge and technology to analyse complex data and deliver clear insights.
