We specialize in curating, fabricating, and installing artwork collections that merge storytelling, craftsmanship, and local cultural narratives.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Bid Estimator to support the team in preparing and managing project quotations, supplier costings, and pricing structures. This role is integral to ensuring accuracy, consistency, and profitability across our proposals for major hotel, residential, and retail projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and updating quotation sheets, pricing breakdowns, and commercial proposals for ongoing and upcoming projects.Liaise with internal departments (production, design, procurement) to gather cost inputs and ensure accurate material and fabrication pricing.Support in reviewing supplier quotations and negotiating better rates when applicable.Maintain and update pricing databases, standardised templates, and commercial trackers.Assist in preparing payment schedules, cost summaries, and profitability analysis for management review.Ensure all pricing aligns with client budgets, project scope, and Drawdeck+ standards.Support commercial documentation for tenders, RFPs, and client submissions.Provide general administrative and commercial support to the Art Consultancy and Production teams.Skills & QualificationsStrong numerical and analytical skills.Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, formatting) and understanding of cost estimation principles.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience in interior design, fit-out, art consultancy, or similar industries is a plus.
