Bid Manager

Role objective: Lead and execute all stages of proposal production, integrating technical/commercial writing skills, document coordination, and visual design to ensure high-quality, multilingual deliverables that are aligned with business and client standards.Responsibilities & Actions:Draft, edit, and adapt technical and commercial proposals in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).Analyze tender requirements, identifying differentiators and building persuasive arguments.Layout and design presentations, graphics, and infographics that maximize visual impact.Manage document control, final versions, and compliance for each proposal.Organize inputs from business, delivery, and presales teams, consolidating information into clear and structured deliverables.Perform cross-checks and style corrections, ensuring regulatory compliance and editorial quality.Collaborate in creativity and structure sessions to improve internal processes and customer presentations.Keep the Hub's repository of templates, success stories, and tools up to date.Education and academic background:2+ years in roles involving proposal management, business tenders, technical/commercial writing, corporate graphic design, or B2B document management.Experience interacting with multidisciplinary teams and in collaborative virtual environments.A portfolio of presentations/proposals or documentary projects is highly valued.Key skills:Professional writing and editing (Spanish/English – Portuguese desirable).Storytelling, RFP analysis, document compliance, and multilingual adaptation.Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and basic design tools.Organization, attention to detail, and document management.
