Job Title: Client Relationship ExecutiveLocation: Medellín or Bogotá, Colombia (Remote)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Executive to build, strengthen, and manage strategic relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer-facing roles, opportunity development, and cross-functional coordination within Agile and technical environments. This role is perfect for someone who can balance relationship management with a solid understanding of technology, SaaS products, and service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.Identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities within existing accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.Oversee project execution by collaborating closely with Agile, product, and technical teams.Monitor project progress throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure alignment with client expectations.Manage customer experience initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and service quality.Participate in negotiation of contracts, proposals, and service agreements.Ensure adherence to IT service management best practices and compliance processes, especially within financial services contexts.Prepare performance reports, account dashboards, and executive-level updates using CRM and SaaS-based tools.Required Skills & Qualifications3–14 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success roles.Proven experience managing key accounts and customer relationships in fast-paced environments.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and other SaaS-based customer management tools.Strong background in business opportunity development, customer journey management, and experience optimization.Working knowledge of IT service management principles and exposure to financial services (preferred).Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Alternatively: Technical professional degree in Marketing and Sales of Products and Services or related disciplines.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)Experience working with US-based or international clients.Background in B2B SaaS or IT services.Ability to drive digital transformation or customer experience initiatives.Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish).Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with global clients and high-impact projects.Collaborative and innovative environment.Professional growth across customer success, account management, and project leadership.Competitive compensation based on experience.
