Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Bilingual Cold Caller/Appointment Setter. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a comprehensive record of interactions and follow-ups. Candidates will also provide professional communication to ensure high-quality customer experiences and support team goals. Training and ongoing support will be provided to foster success in this position. Qualifications Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and lead generationExceptional communication skills in both English and a second language (preferably Spanish)Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic computer applicationsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse individualsSelf-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working remotelyPrevious experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus
