Over 20 years of remote experience, all 500+ staff are 100% remote and we still grow vibrant relationships, provide exceptional opportunities for career growth while working with stellar clients on ambitious projectsWhat You’ll DoCollaborate with Systems Analysts, developers, and QA team members to define and document test strategies, detailed test plans, and comprehensive test cases.Apply QA processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies to design, influence, and drive product quality and testability.Develop scalable, data-driven automated regression suites using Playwright to ensure high-quality releases within CI/CD pipelines.Build and execute robust End-to-End (E2E) automation scripts for complex web-based applications, validating modern UI components, multi-tab workflows, and intricate business logic.Maintain and continuously improve automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.Perform various types of testing including front-end, back-end, regression, integration, browser compatibility, and operational readiness testing.Execute manual API tests and validate backend data integrity through SQL queries.Analyze application logs and system outputs to identify defects and troubleshoot issues effectively.Contribute to continuous integration workflows by integrating automated test suites into CI environments.Maintain clear and traceable documentation of test cases, automation scripts, and test results.Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage tech environment, taking initiative and working independently while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.Embrace new tools and technologies confidently, especially in highly configurable application environments.RequirementsProven expertise in building and executing End-to-End (E2E) automation using Playwright for complex web applications.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and the product development lifecycle.Experience with front-end, back-end, regression, integration, browser compatibility, and operational readiness testing.Hands-on experience writing and executing data-driven tests and performing manual API testing.Proficiency with Git, Continuous Integration (CI) tools, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Experience designing scalable, data-driven automation frameworks within Playwright.Working knowledge of SQL databases, including the ability to read, write, and execute SQL queries to validate backend data.Ability to analyze system logs and troubleshoot application-level issues.Exposure to version control systems and continuous integration platforms.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a high-productivity, fast-paced environment.Passion for delivering high-quality software that makes a meaningful difference in users’ lives.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and modern QA methodologies, and experience working in Agile teams.This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM). While location is flexible, candidates must be willing to maintain at least a 6-hour overlap with core business hours, which are primarily aligned with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with project teams.Application DeadlineThis role is an evergreen position with no predetermined start date.
