Role Description This is a full-time Bilingual Customer Service role for English and Spanish speakers. The role is hybrid, located in Qesm El Maadi, with some work from home acceptable. The primary responsibilities include providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling phone inquiries with proper etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer ServiceExperience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer ExperienceStrong Phone Etiquette and communication skillsFluency in both English and SpanishAbility to work in a hybrid environment with some remote workProblem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situationsFamiliarity with using customer service software and tools
