Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative located in Maadi, QLD. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing excellent service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role involves handling both English and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures. Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spokenStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) softwareAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksExperience in a customer service role is preferredGraduates only
