Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bilingual Customer Support (German & English) position located in Qesm El Maadi, with some work from home acceptable. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include offering technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues, and working closely with other teams to provide seamless service. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential.
