Job Description

Our client, an automotive manufacturer, is looking for a Bilingual (English & Korean) Executive Assistant to join their team to support the CEO and senior leadership. This is a direct hire position and fully onsite in Ellabell, GA.WHAT YOU WILL DOProvide executive administrative support by organizing and preparing meetings, coordinating follow-up tasks, and managing sensitive information.Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, travel, and executive calendars.Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence.Act as liaison for internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate events and perform general office and clerical duties.Prepare reports and documents requiring knowledge of formal formats (contracts, briefs, motions, etc.).Support major functions and complete other assigned tasks.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTContribute to the success of a large-scale, innovative production facility through efficient executive support and streamlined administrative processes.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEBachelor’s degree in a related field.5–10 years of relevant experience (including 1–3 years in project or people management).Industry experience preferred.Strong knowledge of administrative processes, office systems, and customer service principles.Skills in active listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing, social awareness, and time management.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
