Through continuous training and psychometric testing, we aim to strengthen our clients and team, fostering mutual and sustained growth."What makes you a strong candidate:You are proficient in Notion, Negotiation, Google Workspace, Clio Manage, Client reception.You have +2 years experience in Intangible products sales, Customer service.English - ConversationalSpanish - Fully fluentResponsibilities and more:Position: Bilingual Immigration Sales Executive US (English B2).Location: Remote.Compensation: USD800 - 1,2K/month.Why join us?- Specialized Experience: Work directly with U.S. law firms and continue to build a career in immigration law.   - Competitive Salary: Earn a stable income with opportunities for professional growth.   - Flexibility: Fully remote work setup, allowing you to work from anywhere in Latin America, and balance personal and professional life.   - Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement as we expand our services and client base, and enhance your sales expertise.   Key responsibilities:- Generate leads and manage the sales process from start to finish to close immigration service contracts with potential clients.   - Effectively present and sell our specialized legal financial services.   - Negotiate and close immigration service contracts with foreign clients.   - Assist in the drafting and initial review of standardized contracts and legal documents. - Maintain effective, bilingual communication with clients of various nationalities, to build and sustain strong relationships with clients.   - Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure regulatory compliance.   - Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and contracts, RM and client databases up to date with contract records and communications.   - Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.   Requirements:- Education: hold an associate degree.   - Language skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish (B2 level or higher). Clear, persuasive, and bilingual communication (ES/EN).   - Sales experience: at least 2 years in selling intangible products. Experience in legal or immigration services is highly desirable.   - Client-oriented and focused on business results.   - Tech requirements: own a reliable computer and have a stable internet connection.   - Communication skills: excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Ethical information management and legal confidentiality.   - Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills. Charisma and empathy are important.   - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in remote environments.   - Document management, CRM, and legal/remote platforms (e.g., Clio, Notion, Google Workspace), is highly desirable.
