The company combines proprietary booking methods with a 24/7 white-glove concierge service, making it easy for clients to manage all their premium travel needs.Role OverviewAs a Luxury Travel Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing high-value relationships and providing exceptional luxury travel service. You’ll be responsible for creating customized travel experiences, offering top-tier recommendations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for your clients.Location:Fully-remote, work from home, 12 PM - 8 PM CST.ResponsabilitiesClient Relationship ManagementManage full lifecycle client engagement: outreach, flight strategy, consultative sales, and closing.Serve as the primary point of contact, guiding booking decisions and resolving any issues that may arise.Re-engage past clients and follow up on new leads.Serve as the emergency contact for time-sensitive travel matters.Sales & Strategy ExecutionOffer optimal travel options by leveraging knowledge of routes, loyalty programs, and luxury flying.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service.Apply empathy and problem-solving to complex or urgent situations.Qualifications3+ years of experience in luxury service or high-ticket salesStrong knowledge of premium travel, airlines, loyalty programs, and global destinationsOutstanding communication skills across email, text, and voiceProactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindsetHigh integrity and discretion in handling sensitive transactionsPreferredExperience with GDS systems (Sabre or Amadeus)An existing book of business or agency partnerships (bonus earning structure available)Partnerships with air consolidators and luxury hotel brandsApplication ProcessTo be considered for this role these steps need to be followed:Fill in the application formRecord a video showcasing your skill sets
