You’ll work alongside dynamic teams across the U.S. and LATAM to help brands communicate, grow, and inspire action.This is a role for marketers who enjoy autonomy, are fluent in both Spanish and English, and want to play a hands-on role in creating, optimizing, and tracking marketing efforts across multiple channels.ResponsibilitiesCreate visual content for social media, newsletters, and email campaigns using Canva or Adobe toolsWrite and edit engaging bilingual copy for blogs, emails, and social posts (IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok)Support campaign execution and performance tracking via Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other toolsCoordinate events and affiliate/influencer partnerships, bringing energy and structure to collaborationsCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and design teams to keep messaging alignedMaintain marketing systems, including CRM, website (WordPress), and email lists—ensuring content is SEO-optimized and up to dateAdapt quickly to client needs and shifting campaign priorities with creativity and focusQualifications & Work EnvironmentExperience: 2+ years in digital marketing, content creation, or social mediaTools: Confident in Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, HootsuiteWriting: You’re a strong bilingual communicator who can shift tone and style across audiencesLanguages: Fluent English and Spanish (C1+ in both)Mindset: You bring bold ideas, structured follow-through, and a drive to make marketing better every weekWork style: You manage time independently, juggle multiple tasks, and think in terms of both creative vision and campaign performanceWork Conditions & BenefitsContract type: Contrato de Prestación de Servicios—you are responsible for your own social security and pension payments.Schedule: Full‑time (40 hours per week), commonly Monday through Friday.
