Bilingual Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Accountant to join our US-based company. This role reports directly to the Controller and will play a key role in supporting the accounting function while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting under US GAAP.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with US-based companiesExperience managing month-end close responsibilitiesAdvanced English proficiency (written and spoken)Strong Excel skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently while reporting to senior leadershipMust be currently based in Mexico or ArgentinaPreferred:Experience working in small to mid-sized companiesKey Responsibilities:Support and execute the full-cycle accounting process, including month-end and year-end closePrepare and post journal entries (accruals, adjustments, reclassifications)Perform monthly account reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger recordsAssist in preparing monthly financial statements and supporting schedulesEnsure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policiesMaintain accounting records and financial data in QuickBooksCollaborate with the Controller on reporting, analysis, and process improvements
