📍Location: El Salvador (Remote)⏰Schedule: Full TimeWe are seeking a highly experienced, dedicated, and bilingual (Spanish/English) full-time Bookkeeper to join our team, working exclusively for one of our valued clients. This is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing the complete bookkeeping lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of small to medium-sized business clients. The ideal candidate must be an expert in QuickBooks and possess a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining a high level of trust. This role offers the stability of full-time employment with the flexibility of a remote work environment, focusing on delivering excellent client service.🌟 Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Management: Manage the full-cycle bookkeeping process for approximately 10-15 assigned small business clients across various industries.QuickBooks Expertise: Expertly utilize and manage client accounts within QuickBooks, ensuring all transactions are accurately classified and reconciled.Closing Procedures: Handle monthly and year-end closing procedures, ensuring financial records are up-to-date and compliant.Reconciliations: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations promptly and accurately.Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks during slower periods, such as organizing client files in Google Drive and updating client properties in tools like Keeper.Client Communication: Communicate proactively with the client's team regarding any discrepancies or necessary information to maintain accurate books.Dedication: Adhere strictly to a focused, single-client work arrangement, ensuring 100% dedication and confidentiality.✅ Qualifications and SkillsExperience: A minimum of 5 years of proven professional bookkeeping experience (8+ years is highly desirable).Software: Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.Language: Advanced English Level (Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required).Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently and remotely with minimal micromanagement.Integrity: High degree of honesty, transparency, and trustworthiness.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Technology: Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Google Drive and bookkeeping management tools (e.g., Keeper) is a plus.
