We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team and contribute to our growth.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Subrogation Specialist to join our personal injury team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing lien resolutions, handling medical and insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medi-Cal, VA, and private insurance regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in subrogation, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Subrogation Case Management:Investigate, process, and resolve subrogation claims for personal injury casesIdentify and assert liens on recoveries in compliance with federal and state lawsReview medical bills, insurance claims, and other documentation for accuracy and completenessLien Negotiation and Resolution:Negotiate lien reductions with medical providers, government agencies, and insurersAdvocate for favorable resolutions to maximize client settlementsCommunicate effectively with third parties to ensure timely resolutionsCompliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) guidelines and other applicable lawsMaintain accurate and organized records of correspondence, settlements, and paymentsPrepare detailed case reports for management and legal teamsCollaboration:Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to identify subrogation opportunitiesCoordinate with the Subrogation Manager to address complex cases and escalate issues as neededSupport team goals by sharing insights and strategies for effective subrogation processesQualifications:Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in subrogation, lien resolution, or medical billing in personal injury or a related fieldKnowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, VA, and private insurance regulations is requiredSkills:Strong analytical and negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency in legal and medical billing software and toolsHighly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesWhy Join CoreBridge Solutions?At CoreBridge, you’ll be part of a company that values innovation and efficiency, with a track record of transforming industry standards in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
