This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences in a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to customers via email, phone, and in-person interactions. Manage order-related questions, returns, and complaint resolutions with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer journey. Contribute to special projects based on your skills and the company’s needs. Your Profile Fluency in Spanish (mandatory) and Portuguese. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service or support roles. Confident using computers and various digital tools. Proactive mindset, initiative, and leadership spirit.
