POSITION OVERVIEWWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales to join our team. This role isideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in sales, and proficiency in bothEnglish and Spanish. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the prospect team tocontribute to various initiatives focused on promoting our services and generating new leads.As we work toward our ambitious goal of managing a billion-dollar in assets, we’re looking forsomeone who shares the same growth mindset—ambitious, responsible, and ready to growwith us. We want team members who are not just looking for a job, but for a long-termjourney.WORKING HOURSThis is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, as follows:Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:00PM (Chicago Time) and,Saturday: 9:30AM to 3:00PM (Chicago Time)Zoom meetings required during working hours.RESPONSIBILITIESMake inbound and outbound calls to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available apartments.Schedule apartment viewing tours. Communicate with customers primarily via phone calls (80%), as well as through text messages (15%) and emails (5%).Assist customers in completing rental application forms.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 1 years in a sales field, preferably with a background in property management, preferably in real estate, property management, airbnb, hospitality, etc.Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and SpanishHaving experience with working remotely as a plusProactive and eager to learnBENEFITSOpportunities for professional development and career growth.16 Paid Time Off (PTO) per yearFloating Holidays.Commission/ Bonus/ KPI schemeAnnual salary reviewSupportive and collaborative work environment.
