Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing and Estimation Engineer - Interiors based in Bengaluru. The Billing and Estimation Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to project estimation, preparation of Bills of Quantity (BOQ), conducting research, negotiating with vendors, and collaborating closely with the civil engineering team. The day-to-day tasks include detailed project estimations, cost analysis, vendor negotiations, and ensuring accuracy in billing and documentation. Qualifications Experience in preparing Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and detailed project estimationsBackground in Civil EngineeringStrong negotiation skills and ability to conduct thorough researchExcellent analytical and cost management skillsAbility to work independently and effectively collaborate with team membersBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is an assetPrior experience in interior design or construction industry is a plus
