Patient Scheduling & CommunicationAnswer calls and respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.Schedule new patient appointments and manage calendars using the EHR system (DrChrono β€” training provided).Keep up with patient portal messages and emails to ensure timely responses.2. Billing & Insurance ManagementPrepare and submit insurance claims and billing statements with accuracy.Track payments, adjustments, and reimbursements consistently.Verify insurance benefits for both new and current patients.Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and work with insurance reps to resolve them.Keep precise records to maintain HIPAA and client compliance.3. Prior Authorizations & Insurance TasksHandle prior authorizations for treatments and services.Coordinate with insurance companies to secure timely approvals.Help patients and providers understand coverage requirements clearly.4.
