You will be responsible for the billing processes, helping the operations team to configure the customer portal, preparing regular reports, and driving process efficiency through standardization, wider automation, and adherence to SLAs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for optimizing operational workflows.ResponsibilitiesBilling: Perform billing operations, including invoicing and resolution of billing inquiries or discrepancies — fostering a culture of customer service, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Customer portal configuration: License and account management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfillment.Reporting: Preparation and analysis of regular reports for management and customers, providing insights into revenue trends and performance metrics. Collecting statistical data regarding billing flow, product stability, and marketing.Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual effort through standardization and automation.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and IT, to optimise end-to-end billing processes and resolve issues effectively.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards related to billing and revenue recognition.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven experience in billing operations processing or related roles, preferably in a software or technology company.Strong understanding of billing systems, revenue recognition principles, and financial reporting.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Excel.Experience working in Salesforce is a big plus.English – fluent to match our international team.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes and reporting.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.What we offerFlexible hours and remote work options.Space for creativity and experimentation within the company’s goals.Share Options – everyone shares in our success with share options.We help our team get private medical insurance.
