GrowthAssistant is looking for a Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Support Specialist to join our client’s expanding healthcare operations team. You’ll play a vital role in insurance verification, claims processing, and patient billing—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth patient experience.If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, this role is for you.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: ₱50,000 - ₱80,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll Do1)Verification of Benefits (VOB)Review and verify patient insurance information prior to appointments.Confirm eligibility, coverage, deductibles, co-pays, and pre-authorizations.Document verified benefit details in the EMR system for provider reference.2)Claims & Billing SupportPrepare and submit clean claims via payer portals or billing tools.Track claim statuses, follow up on denials, and process resubmissions.Support payment posting, adjustments, and refund reconciliations.3)Revenue Cycle OperationsMaintain accurate billing and benefits records in EMR systems and spreadsheets.Generate reports on outstanding claims, denials, and collections.Assist in audits, compliance checks, and special billing projects.4)Collaboration & CommunicationPartner with clinical, finance, and operations teams to resolve billing issues.Share timely and professional updates across stakeholders.What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in medical billing, RCM support, or healthcare administration.1+ year hands-on experience with Verification of Benefits (VOB) for U.S. insurance providers.Familiarity with payer portals (Aetna, UHC, Availity, etc.) and claim submission tools.Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, EOBs, co-pays, and deductibles.High attention to detail — able to process ~50 VOBs per day.Proficiency with Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace, and Google Sheets/Excel.Prior HIPAA compliance experience and understanding of patient confidentiality.Nice to HaveExperience with OpenEPM or similar EMR systems.Exposure to startups or scaling healthcare organizations.What Success Looks LikeConsistently meeting daily VOB completion and accuracy targets.Collaborating effectively with billing managers and team leads.Maintaining organized, compliant, and error-free records.Showing adaptability, accountability, and ownership in a dynamic environmentWhy You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
