Job Title: Billing SpecialistLocation: eClerx Manila – Alabang (Temp WFH, must be amenable to onsite work once required)Schedule: Night Shift / US Hours (including holidays)About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist to join our Finance team in Manila. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing, reviewing, and processing invoices in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with US and multinational clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and process billing and invoicing transactions accurately and on time.Ensure invoices comply with client agreements, company policies, and accounting standards.Manage large transaction volumes with accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies.Support month-end closing and reporting activities related to billing.Provide billing support to US and multinational clients as required.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in Billing, Invoicing, Customer Maintenance (excluding CSR Billing).Proven experience handling large volume transactions.Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)Prior experience supporting US or multinational clients is highly preferred.Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.Good communication skills – verbal and written.Willing to work on Night Shift / US Hours, including holidays.Temporary WFH arrangement, but must be amenable to work onsite in Alabang when required.Must be willing to attend induction/new hire orientation onsite.Can start ASAP.Why Join Us?At eClerx, we value our people and provide opportunities for career growth in a supportive, collaborative environment.
