Billing Specialist - India (Bangalore)As a part of the Syndigo accounting team, the Billing Specialist is responsible for the billing of all revenue in a timely and accurate manner.  This role will be key to the success of delivering accurate and on-time billing to our customers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate and bill out all revenue in a timely mannerAudit Salesforce Opportunities for AccuracyReview Client Agreements for Billing purposesManage remedy tickets for billing team and resolve in a timely and accurate mannerDeliver and manage all billing requirements through the required customer portalsMeet stated financial goals and objectives monthlyEnsure internal control and financial integrity over the revenue management processDefine and document recommendations for process improvementContribute to Intercompany communication and cohesivenessQualificationsProven experience as a Revenue Billing Specialist or similarSalesforce and Netsuite exposure a plusAbility to read and understand contractsStrong math skills are a plus when calculating contract pro-rata amountsFamiliar with billing schedules and ability to manage manual billing outside of the systemProficient in Excel and MS WordKey AttributesMust have strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracySelf-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks to a deadlineStrong customer service skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsSelf-starter, trustworthy and can work independentlyThis is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Bangalore location./Bengaluru Diversity, Equity & InclusionTo achieve the best version of our organization, we know it takes new ideas, new approaches, new perspectives and new ways of thinking.
