We’re seeking a BIM Administrator who thrives on precision, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology.What You’ll DoAs the BIM Administrator, you’ll be the key driver of BIM workflows and EDMS management, ensuring seamless project delivery and compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:Support BIM Coordinators and Digital Engineering Leads with Digital Execution Plans and Digital Delivery Management Plans (BIM360).Champion ISO 19650 standards and embed best practices across all projects.Manage file sharing, data formats, and Common Data Environments.Work with Digital Twins and ensure accurate Levels of Development (LOD).Provide document control and model support for Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers.Oversee client-specific systems such as EDMS, Maximo, Vault, and BIM360.Liaise with offshore teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with BIM requirements and client standards.Perform clash detection, drawing reviews, and maintain smooth workflows.About YouStrong understanding of BIM processes, Digital Engineering strategies, and ISO standards.Previous experience with Sydney Water’s EDMS (essential).Proficiency in BIM technologies and platforms (BIM360, Vault, EDMS).Document Controller and/or CAD Drafting experience is an advantage.Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across diverse teams.A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for innovation.Why Choose WSP?
