They work on complex hyperscale facilities for major cloud providers and tech giants, with a strong focus on precision, collaboration, and digital construction excellence.As they grow their portfolio of high-performance data center projects, we are expanding our digital engineering and BIM team.The OpportunityThey are seeking a talented BIM Co-ordinator to support the modelling, collaboration, and digital integration of large-scale MEP and architectural packages. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly technical environments and wants to contribute to the digital backbone of next-generation data center delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplinesWork closely with design teams, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and aligned model informationManage federated models, clash detection, and coordination meetingsMaintain model standards, naming conventions, and data integrity in line with project BIM Execution PlansSupport 4D/5D construction planning and digital workflowsAssist in producing drawings, reports, and visualisations for construction, coordination, and client communicationCollaborate with the BIM Manager and wider digital engineering team to drive continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForExperience in BIM coordination within construction, engineering, or data center environmentsStrong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and relevant BIM toolsUnderstanding of MEP systems, building structure, and general construction methodologiesAbility to manage large, complex models and resolve coordination issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teamsA proactive, detail-focused approach with a passion for digital constructionWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge hyperscale data center projectsCareer development within a growing digital construction teamA collaborative culture focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvementApply for this job
