The role will involve a mixture of office and site based responsibilities. Although post qualification experience is not vital we are looking to attract people who can show experiences of teamwork and initiative. As a project based organisation, the ability to be flexible about location will be of benefit.This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to work within the BIM Department of the Life Sciences market in Jacobs Ireland and work with the BIM Coordinators and project teams to support the delivery of our projects.They shall support the BIM Section Head and Digital Solutions Group with the roll out of solutions to drive improvements to BIM and shall work with the engineering department and construction management teams to ensure solutions are accurately translated and implemented on projects.What you’ll be doingCommunication & ReportingReport directly to the project BIM Coordinator and/or Spatial Coordinator.Shall indirectly report to the BIM Section Head.Communicate opportunities to improve with the BIM Section HeadPrimary ResponsibilitiesSupport project set-up for cross-discipline teamsSupport model management process for the projectSupport setting up and management of clash detection and reporting.Support the set up and management of design coordination platform.Support disciplines with the use of Revit on projectsSupport the set up and management of the Common Data Environment Other ResponsibilitiesSupport the production of BIM Execution Plan and Addendums for project execution.Support the BIM Section Head in the implementation of solutions to drive efficiency in BIM Execution on projects.The start date for this position is September 2026.Here's what you'll needBe working towards a relevant Degree or Master’s level qualification in Architectural, BIM or any of the engineering disciplinesA flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things You must have the permanent right to work in Ireland Selection Process    Step 1 Apply Online  Step 2 Solo Video Assessment  Step 3 Interview   Apply before 19 October 2025 for your application to be considered in the first assessment window.
