BIM Manager / BIM Specialist (Revit – Interiors – Residential)Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 11,000 – 18,000 per month (depending on experience and seniority)We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential high-end design studio working on large-scale, luxury residential projects. The team is seeking a BIM professional who can range from junior to mid/senior level, depending on experience. Strong Autodesk Revit capability and experience within interiors or residential projects is essential.This is an opportunity for either:A Junior BIM Specialist ready to grow, starting around AED 11,000A Senior BIM Manager/Lead who can take ownership of standards, coordination and training, up to AED 18,000Key Responsibilities (scaled to experience)For Junior Candidates (11k–14k)Support the creation of accurate Revit models for interiors and residential fit-outMaintain and update model information across project stagesAssist senior team members with BIM coordination tasksPrepare drawings, sheets and Revit families under supervisionFollow established BIM standards and help maintain project model healthParticipate in internal training and upskillingFor Senior Candidates (15k–18k)In addition to the junior responsibilities:Lead BIM coordination across multi-discipline teamsDefine, implement and maintain BIM standards and modelling protocolsOversee federated models and manage clash detection workflowsConduct model audits and drive quality control across projectsTrain, mentor and support junior BIM staff; improve workflows and productivityDevelop and maintain BIM families, libraries, templates and naming standardsLiaise with designers, project managers, consultants and contractors to ensure model accuracy and deliveryExperience and QualificationsJunior Level1–3 years’ experience in Revit modelling, ideally within interiors or residential sectorsStrong technical Revit skills and understanding of modelling workflowsGood understanding of drawing documentation and detailingEager to learn BIM processes and willing to grow within the teamSenior Level5–8+ years’ experience in BIM roles, ideally BIM Lead/Coordinator/ManagerProven expertise in Revit across interiors and large residential projectsExperience defining BIM standards, troubleshooting models and coordinating teamsFamiliarity with tools such as Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo or automation workflowsAbility to manage BIM deliverables and engage with senior design teamsPersonal AttributesPassion for interiors, detail, and quality in the modelling processStrong initiative and willingness to take responsibility appropriate to experience levelCollaborative, organised and capable of working across multiple projectsClear communicator and team playerDesire to grow within a design-driven studio
