In return, you will be rewarded with great opportunities to work on challenging projects in this key growth market.Role SummaryWe’re looking for a talented BIM Modeler to join Havelock One’s Interior Design Fit-Out team. You’ll be turning design concepts into detailed, coordinated Revit models that bring spaces to life. This role focuses on Interior Design, joinery, finishes, and generating fit-out detailing and fabrication models up to LOD 400–500 depending on project needs.Duties And ResponsibilitiesWorks directly with Project Management, Field Management, and the BIM Manager on project deliverables, including:and maintain high-quality Revit models for Interior Design Fit-Out projectsCoordinate with designers and project teams to ensure models reflect the design intentPrepare drawing sets, shop drawings, and model deliverables for clients and internal reviewsSupport clash detection and resolve design coordination issues within the interior fit-out scopeFollow and contribute to Revit content standards, workflows, and project documentationModify models and drawings based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and consistencyPersonal qualitiesDegree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field3–5 years of Revit experience, preferably in Interior Design / Fit-Out projectsStrong understanding of all trades involved in the interior fit-out process (joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, etc.)Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, and Navisworks.
