BIM Modeler (Mechanical/Electrical)

We are currently looking for BIM Modeler (Mechanical/Electrical) to create accurate and detailed 3D models of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural. The ideal candidate should have experience in using BIM software and a strong understanding of building systems. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who wish to gain experience in a wider spectrum of BIM.ResponsibilitiesCreate accurate 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a building using BIM softwareCoordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals within the organization as well as with external partiesPerform Clash Detection and resolve issues with other building elementsPerform assigned 3D Revit modeling tasks as assigned by the supervisorPrepare detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications for the installation of MEP systems.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in EngineeringShould be proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and other related software's as requiredGood communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and other stakeholdersImmediate or early joiners will be preferredMust be here in the UAE
