Our work spans high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and large-scale landscape projects across the Middle East and internationally.We design elegant, immersive, and enduring environments that connect people to nature.We are now looking for a Lead BIM Specialist – Landscape Architect to join our remote team.🔹 About the RoleThis is a senior technical role focused on leading BIM delivery for landscape architecture projects.You will be responsible for building and managing detailed BIM models, producing high-quality construction documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring all outputs meet Plenerr’s design and technical standards.You will work closely with our designers to translate conceptual ideas into precise BIM documentation and help elevate our digital delivery workflows.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and coordinate Revit BIM models for landscape architecture at LOD 300–350+Prepare complete construction documentation (plans, sections, details, schedules)Produce and manage planting plans, hardscape modeling, grading/levels, and related landscape elementsRun clash detection and coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants using NavisworksCreate and maintain families, templates, and BIM librariesEnsure compliance with BIM standards, naming conventions, BEPs, and ISO19650 requirementsExtract quantities and generate BOQs from BIM modelsSupport digital workflows, file management, and internal BIM standardsWork with the design team to refine models based on feedback and revisionsStay current with BIM technologies and best practices🔹 Required Skills & Experience3–5 years of experience delivering landscape architecture projects using BIMStrong background in Landscape Architecture (plants, materials, site planning, construction detailing)Expert proficiency in Revit for landscape (mandatory)Solid experience with:Navisworks ManageAutoCADCivil 3D (preferred but not required)Excellent understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and documentation standardsAbility to interpret concept designs and convert them into detailed technical BIM outputsExperience working with BEPs, BIM protocols, and ISO standardsStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working independently in a remote environment🔹 EducationBachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related fieldBIM certifications are a strong plus🔹 Why Join Us?Work remotely with a globally minded design studioParticipate in sophisticated, high-end landscape projectsCollaborate with a passionate team that values creativity, innovation, and technical excellenceHelp shape and elevate plenerr’s BIM systems and digital delivery standards
